Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment from the UK in pounds sterling.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch etc. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When you place an order over the telephone, by fax, by email or via our online ordering service we will treat it as an offer to buy. If we accept your order we will send you an emailed or written receipt confirming the quantity and price of the goods that you have ordered, together with your order number, at which point a contract will exist between you and Seatstore. Alternatively, if we refuse to accept your order, for whatever reason, we will inform you in writing.

You warrant and represent that the information you provide when placing an order with Seatstore is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.

The price of the goods ordered shall be as confirmed in the emailed receipt that we send to you, though we reserve the right to rectify any error. Prices are in Pounds Sterling, and are inclusive of VAT and one delivery during working hours in the mainland UK, unless stated otherwise.

Payment shall be due at the time of the order. If you fail to make payment as required, or if your funds fail to clear or are subsequently recalled, Seatstore may suspend delivery of the goods until payment is made in full

Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery, or if the Buyer or his nominee wrongfully fails to take delivery of the goods, the time when Seatstore has delivered the goods.

Notwithstanding any other provision herein, title in the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until Seatstore has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full of the price of the goods (and any additional costs arising pursuant to these terms and conditions) agreed to be sold by Seatstore to the Buyer for which payment is then due.

Until such time as title in the goods passes to the Buyer, the Buyer shall hold the goods as Seatstore's fiduciary agent and bailee and shall keep the goods separate from those of the Buyer and third parties, and properly stored, protected and insured and identified as Seatstore's property. Until such time as title in the goods passes to the Buyer, Seatstore shall be entitled at any time to require the Buyer to deliver up the goods to Seatstore and, if the Buyer fails to do so forthwith, to enter upon any premises of the Buyer or third party where the goods are stored and repossess the goods.

The Buyer shall not be entitled to pledge or in any way charge by way of security for any indebtedness any of the goods which remain the property of Seatstore, but if the Buyer attempts to do so all monies owing by the Buyer to Seatstore shall (without prejudice to any other right or remedy of Seatstore) immediately become due and payable.

The Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra cost incurred by Seatstore through the Buyer's instructions or lack of instructions or through failure or delay in taking delivery or through any acts or default on the part of the Buyer, its servants, agents or employees.

All sizes are approximate and are given as a guide.
Shipping And Handling Order delivery is normally 2-14 working days on stock items and is free of charge to mainland UK. (Excluding Highlands and Islands). We do not ship outside the UK. (Some products are self assembly - please call if you need further information)
Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 2-14 working days by Courier service which will deliver between the hours of 9am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (Usually to ground floor only). Please ensure someone is at the delivery address. Goods will not be left without being signed for. Re-delivery can sometimes incur a charge.

Please ensure that you inspect the goods for damage on arrival or sign DAMAGED if the courier will not wait while you inspect the goods.

Delivery of the goods shall be made by Seatstore, or our representatives, to such place in the mainland UK. (excluding Highlands & Islands) You hereby confirm that you have adequate access and space, and personnel, to receive the goods on the agreed date. We are unable to deliver outside of normal working hours

Unless otherwise stated, the price of the goods includes one delivery in the UK (mainland). If an agreed delivery is refused or not completed, through the fault of the Buyer, and has to be re-delivered, a surcharge may be made amounting to 5% of the price for the goods, subject to a minimum of £50.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, (the buy button is off) we will back order for you, please call. You will always be phoned or emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach Netbanx. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We do not hold or see your credit card information.
Guarantee All goods supplied by Seatstore come with a minimum 1-5 year manufacturer's warranty covering structural defect unless stated otherwise. This does not include where the defect is caused by you through accident, negligence or misuse. Seatstore shall provide you with such information as is required to claim under the manufacturer's warranties. In the event of a claim, you should in the first instance contact our customer service department.

Returns Policy It is your responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery. The couriers are obliged to wait while you inspect the goods. If the courier will not wait, please accept and sign as "DAMAGED".

In the event that the goods arrive damaged, you must notify Seatstore within 48 hours of delivery of any apparent damage or missing goods.

All products come with a componant warrenty - In the event of a damaged or fault a componant replacement part will be sent.

Sale or return policy varies depending on the product range - Please call for information regarding return of non- faulty goods prior to purchase.

We take all reasonable care to ensure that the details, descriptions, dimensions and prices of goods appearing on the Seatstore website are as accurate and up to date as possible. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever you may, within seven (7) working days after the day of delivery of said items, notify our customer service department by email that you would like to return the goods, SUBJECT TO THE EXCEPTIONS SET OUT IN CLAUSE BELOW.

It is your responsibility to pay for and arrange the return of the goods, "as new", and with the original packaging. Any money which Seatstore has received from you in relation to the returned goods will be refunded in full to you within 30 days of receipt of the goods by us, provided that the goods are in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery. If no emailed notification stating that you wish to return the goods has been received by Seatstore within seven working days after the day of delivery, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods and be liable for any sums still owed to us.

Orders that involve goods that have been made to order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being accepted by us.
